The shaking motion necessary to complete each of the levels will help you gain forearm strength and stamina, all through the convenience of your iPhone!
☛ About Shake Shake Pop! ☚
There are 3 basic levels: -Level 1: A can of soda -Level 2: A 20oz. bottle -Level 3: A 2-liter bottle
As a new player, you will have to start at Level 1. Do well, and you can unlock the next levels. Here is the breakdown:
✔ If you're too slow: you'll be asked to try again. You will only be able to replay the same level or go back to the main menu.
✔ If you get a GOOD time (7 to 12 sec), you've unlocked the next level and can either replay the same level, or move on to the next. If your time was good enough to record a high score, you'll be prompted to enter your name and your time will be recorded.
✔ If you get an EXCELLENT time (7 sec or faster), you've unlocked the next level and have earned a trophy for that level as well (I'll explain more about this in a sec). If your time was good enough to make the high score list, you'll be prompted to enter your name and your time will be recorded.
❖ BONUS LEVEL ❖
If you achieve an EXCELLENT time on each of the three basic levels, you will unlock the BONUS LEVEL. We'll let you find out exactly what it is.
If you can get there, good luck...LOL.
Please note that the lite version contains 1 fully functional level.
The best way to hold your iPhone is tightly in the palm of your hand with the screen facing directly towards you. It helps if you keep your thumb on the top corner for stability.
Grasp the iPhone and move it in an up and down motion. Moving or shaking the iPhone side to side will do very little for your time (except lengthen it!).
IMPORTANT: The optimal speed and length of stroke is different for each level. It's up to you to figure out what works best. Maybe it's a short fast stroke, or maybe it's a long slow one. Once you hone in on the correct rhythm, your time to finish each level will drastically improve.
At the bottom of each level, you'll notice a progress bar. This will help you determine how much more shaking you have left to do before you complete the level and explode the bottle.
BE CAREFUL! If you happen to stop while playing, the progress bar will go down and you'll have that much more work to do!
Please play Shake Shake Pop with care. When shaking your iPhone, be sure to hold on tight and watch your surroundings. It can be really easy to accidentally throw your iPhone and brake it. Even worse, you could sit somebody or something.
In addition, it is recommend that you play Shake Shake Pop once day, no longer than 15 minutes to avoid any injuries and for maximum results!

Educational Game for Hockey Players Learning how to Score
This is not NHL 2010. It's a game that allows players to walk through different places to shoot on a butterfly goaltender for the best places to score. It uses the new Score100goals Shooter Tutor as a teaching aid as seen on YouTube.
I realize the ratings are not great-in fact they kind of suck-but the main goal of the app is to be used as a teaching aid.(Here's a brief tutorial video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=esTT5xpKTWc that will help)
If you know where to shoot based on your angle and distance to the net in the offensive zone, then you won't have to pick your head up to find "open net." When you get a scoring opportunity you will already know the best places to shoot for the highest probability of scoring from the app. This will result in a lot quicker release before the goalie is set.
The quicker your release, the more goals you will score.
Goalies play the angles so why not the shooters?
